Murder He Wrote's and Snowy's 'Honey Riddim' went down in 1Forty history as it became one of the labels best selling records so it's no surprise that it was chosen to be remixed by Deadbeat UK, giving it the bassline twist whilst maintaining the original feel good funky elements.

‘Nottinghams Saviour’ aka Snowy, a star of the underground Grime scene who has been tipped for a huge career by the likes of Complex, Crack and Mixmag. Snowy has continued to build on this profile over the last couple of years. The UK’s hottest sound selectors regularly support his releases inc. the likes of Mistajam, Toddla T, Sian Anderson, Logan Sama, Dj Cable, Plastician, Target and many more. He has made a number of appearances on 1Xtra, both solo for Spyro’s #SoundsOfTheVerse and and sets with the likes of Flowdan, Jammz, Tommy B, Shadow amongst others. His shows have taken him out to the likes of Dubai alongside Skepta and Stormzy and in 2017 became the first ever artist to take Grime to Estonia and the start of 2019 saw him perform in Ethopia alongside another 1Forty featured artist - Maxsta. 2019 was a stellar year for releases with arguably three of the biggest smashes in the scene showing off his versatility once more with - 'Reddit', 'Mighty Moe' and 'Effed' Ft Jason Williamson of Sleaford Mods.

On remixing duties is 1Forty's unsung hero - Deadbeat UK. Mixing and mastering the majority of the Labels catalogue he finally came to the forefront with 'That Time Again' Ft Forca in April. Recognised as one of the main driving forces behind UK Bass music, Deadbeat UK’s productions have helped to form and elevate the underground sounds of the UK over the last few years. Striving to stay ahead of the curve with his production, he’s one of the most unique and consistent artists in the scene. Deadbeat UK has worked with some top names; his list of collaborations including Conducta and Royal-T; the latter for Flava D’s huge fabriclive 88 project. He has also headlined up and down the country and played Boomtown, Balter Fest, NASS, Kendal Calling and Outlook among other festivals. With a strong following gained through consistently exciting releases and energetic sets, Deadbeat UK is looking to continue his hot form in to the second half of 2020.
